INFORMATION FOR TENANTS:
At Royston Property we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customer service to both tenants and landlords. Being a boutique firm we have the luxury of establishing personal relationships with our tenants, which further motivates us to provide an efficient and reliable experience for everyone involved.
We highly recommended that tenants take out content’s insurance in case of theft or damage. Landlord’s building insurance does not cover a tenant’s belongings.
All maintenance issues must be reported to our office in a timely fashion. Non-urgent maintenance must be submitted in writing using the “Maintenance Request Form” and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any urgent maintenance should be reported to a property manager immediately.
In the event that a tenant becomes locked out of their property during business hours (Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00) they are to contact their property manager. If the lockout occurs outside of business hours Lock, Smith & Barrel are to be contacted on their 24/7 call out number – 0401 344 888 at the tenant’s expense.
